Qualifications
- A minimum of 5-7 years human resources experience in a leadership role
- At least $500,000 of non-borrowed cash resources
- A minimum of 3 years business consulting experience
- Highly motivated to operate within the demands of the Emplicity concept
- Bachelors degree in human resources related field or PHR designation from Society of Human Resources Management
- Flexibility to operate franchises in company designated development areas
