Qualifications

A minimum of 5-7 years human resources experience in a leadership role
At least $500,000 of non-borrowed cash resources
A minimum of 3 years business consulting experience
Highly motivated to operate within the demands of the Emplicity concept
Bachelors degree in human resources related field or PHR designation from Society of Human Resources Management
Flexibility to operate franchises in company designated development areas
